Located in the 10th region of Chile, the shipyard offers the latest technology for naval construction and repair. The shipyard was founded in 1990 in the city of Puerto Montt, 1.000 km south of Santiago. The shipyard brings the knowledge of its parent company founded in 1949 and the naval tradition of decades of construction and maintenance. The standard offered by the Shipyard includes design, architecture and engineering, aided by computing, oxy-gas cnc cutting machines, plasma and modern production techniques for aluminum and steel constructions and repairs. The current lifting capacity is 1,400 tons. And an area of 16,000 M2. With more than 20 years of operation, the Shipyard has developed over 150 projects, ranging from naval artifacts to modern high-speed ships, port and sea tugs and specialized vessels for aquaculture. In the area of repairs, important transformations have been carried out in ships of the ferry, fishing and general cargo type, together with the maintenance of the regional fleet.
